How to Make a Blended Margarita at Camp

July 16, 2021

We’ve all been there - you come to the end of a long day and the only thing you want is an ice-cold blended margarita. Unfortunately, if you’re away from electricity, your hopes of a blended aprés treat are over - until now.

With the help of our Vortex Blender, you can now have a margarita anywhere - no power supply needed. Attach to a picnic table, tailgate, camp table, or RV counter and you’ll be blending in no time. Your dreams of post-adventure margs are about to come true.

Assemble the Ingredients

Here’s what you need:

4 shots tequila in a Boulder Flask

8 oz Triple Sec

1 cup lime juice

1.5 oz lemon juice

Ice

Salt (optional)

Sliced lime (optional)

Vortex Blender

4 Highland Drinking Glasses

Margarita Time

Now that you’re prepared, it’s time to get blending. Salt the rims of your glasses if desired. Set up your Vortex blender and add approximately 3 cups of ice, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth: add extra liquid or ice to thicken or thin the mixture until desired texture is reached. Pour into glasses and sip immediately. Garnish with lime wedge if desired. Serves 4.

After a hot day on the trail or a full day of shredding, the best way to cool off is a freshly blended margarita. Now you can enjoy a delicious marg anywhere you can bring a cooler with ice. Happy off-grid blending!
